Before I discovered the wonderful world of yoga, jazz ballet was my greatest passion. Alongside my former jobs as a traveling agent and a commercial employee at international companies, I studied to be a gym teacher in early years. Through my love for languages and my interest in people, I often came across foreign cultures and countries, which has really benefited my life.
The birth of my daughter in 2005 finally led me to the path of yoga. During my pregnancy, I took pregnancy yoga classes. Yoga made me curious and I wanted to learn more about its history and background. This philosophy of life hasn't let go of me ever since and I practice yoga regularly. After every lesson, I feel deep contentment and positive energies in my heart.
In the course of time, the desire awakened to practice yoga, not only for myself, but to pass on its inspiration and strength to other people. I got the chance to gain practical experience as a yoga teacher after a short yoga seminar in 2007. In order to dive even deeper into the world of yoga, I studied to become a certified Alliance Yoga Teacher at AIRYOGA in Zurich.
In 2013, through my daughter, I became involved as a device gymnast in the GETU (single gymnastics competition) and GETU MIX KIDS (gymnastics in a group with music and dance / choreography). Half a year later I completed the J + S instructor course for gymnastics for youth sports. It gave me great pleasure to train kids and teenagers and to mentally strengthen them for their competitions.
In order to be able to support people holistically, individually and personally, I completed the 2-year training course as Ayur Yoga therapist from 2018-2020. I really enjoy working as a yoga therapist. Supporting people, accompanying them on their way to bring their body, mind and soul back into balance is very enriching. Yoga therapy (learn more) is a wonderful experience for me and complements yoga group classes.
