Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that is part of Hatha Yoga. It is a physical, dynamic yoga style in which the different asanas (positions) flow into each other. By letting the breath lead the movement, we learn to understand our body and start noticing where our natural impulses will lead us next. A proper body alignment builds the stable foundation in this yoga style. Vinyasa yoga supports strength, balance and endurance.
